I am an Asset Management Director at Grosvenor, responsible for the day-to-day asset management and evolution of Liverpool ONE, one of Europe’s leading retail and entertainment destinations. Part of the senior leadership team, my primary area of focus is all aspects of leasing across the estate. I lead numerous project teams covering leasing, project management, development, reporting and property management and have a proven track record in being able to pull multiple components together in order to deliver successful outcomes. I am a passionate advocate of the Liverpool City Region and the role Liverpool ONE and Grosvenor should play as facilitators, catalysts and contributors to the city’s growth, economic and social prosperity, and sustainability. I believe that the best places have a mix of international and local brands and I am also passionate about providing a platform at Liverpool ONE for independent businesses to flourish.
