I have extensive project management and client-facing account management experience and specialise in maximising opportunities to secure, deliver, and manage a broad range of multi-disciplinary projects across a variety of asset types. I use strategic planning and strong communication skills to ensure outcomes are delivered on time and within budget.I have extensive strategic level expertise including policy and governance development, incident response/investigation and the development and implementation of research and development strategies and portfolios.I currently lead the operation, maintenance and renewal of the UK's only high speed railway linking London to the Channel Tunnel including research and development and strategic asset management.I was nominated for the Permanent Way Institution Young Achiever Award 2015 and achieved a top 5 finish in the NCE/ACE Young Consultant of the Year Award in 2007.
