- Manage 4 teams of in total 150 application competency engineers to support semiconductor customers ramping new nodes and improving yield and productivity of existing nodes on ASML Lithography and metrology systems- Create the boundary conditions to maximize the learning curve of multiple competencies within the groups on Overlay, Imaging, Productivity, Metrology and other key performance indicators of Lithographic systems- Increase business growth by driving the teams to successfull product defenition, evaluations and roll out based on customer needs.- Create value added application services for customer to be able to run steep ramp curves and optimized yield and productivity

- Manage multiple teams of lithography applications specialists, dedicated to maximizing the yield and output of semiconductor manufactors. - Define and productize application services maximizing the value of lithography systems and build a team specialized to run these services.

Responsibillities- New product introduction of leading etch lithography equipment- Managment of an international application team providing technical sales support and promotion of system enhancements.- Knowledge managment aiming to obtain new and more effective training opportunities to increase the customer value for application support operations.- Coordination on requirements and delivery of software tools for the use of application support.

Responsibilities: - Lead a project team on the process development of optical fibre production. This team aims to develop and introduce cost reducing and quality enhancing processes at different production locations. - Maintain relationships with suppliers and qualify raw materials for the production of optical fibres.
