I facilitate youth-led leadership and development at a young people's charity based in Slough. We aim to strengthen cohesion and drive change in our community via social action and volunteering. For twenty years I have supported young people to move their ideas and aspirations forward, leading to my involvement in diverse spheres of work, including race, identity, conflict resolution, specialist services for young carers and young people from GRT backgrounds, and the arts and heritage. My future goals involve continuing to learn from different disciplines to improve my practice and to share to a broader audience what we learn from our work at the grassroots in Slough and surrounding areas.
