I am currently supervising a newly opened local business called Ironhorse Tavern 2.I was employeed by Buffalo Wild Wings as a salaried assistant general manager for 14 months.Previous to this position, I was employed with Northern Eagle/Mountain State Beverage Distributors as a wine and craft beer sales rep for just under 4 years. I started off as a delivery route driver and moved up to sales after about a year. My sales route was one of the top grossing routes in the state of West Virginia for my company, and the second biggest route as far as area covered. I am well versed in sales and have many years in customer service and restaurant operations under my belt. Before my position with northern eagle, I worked in the automotive sales industry. I started as a salesman and within 7 months I was promoted to finance manager. I am familiar with all stages of the car buying process, trade appraisals, and obtaining financing for the customers. I was responsible for finalizing all deals through the dealership. Before that I spent nearly 8 years in the restaurant business. I started off as a server. I was then moved up to bartender, and from there I moved on to manager at another establishment for a couple years. I also have experience in customer service. I was employed at Kroger as a Customer Service Representative. My duties included answering the phone, Greeting customers, Processing Western Union money orders and lottery winnings, managing the floor staffs breaks and lunches, assist customers in finding products, and inventory management.I can do basic household and automotive maintenance.I was the University High School Drumline instructor from fall 2004 to fall 2007.My senior year of highschool I was awarded the John Phillip Sousa Award for being the top musician in my class. I was first chair wind ensemble, jazz band, percussion ensemble, African drum ensemble, and drumline. I also qualified for the all-state band as the top drummer in WV in 2004.
