Joined the Private Banking unit within SEI to directly work with the largest banks in the US that signed on to use the SEI Wealth Platform as a Hosted Technology Solution (Firm retains back office operations). Partnering with the Firm to understand how their business will be transformed as their business moves to the SEI Wealth Platform. Responsible for multiple operational areas, data migration, cutover activities, trading partner repository, and platform bridging activities working with both Firm and internal teams.

Responsible for oversight of the trade settlement, mutual fund trading, income, corporate actions, free asset movement, and corrections and reversals teams on the SEI Wealth Platform. Responsible for budgeting, hiring, and strategic management of a team of 80+ individuals.

Director responsibilities now include the mutual fund trading and securities settlements teams in addition to retaining the Ops Transition Services team on the SEI Wealth Platform

Assumed the Director position of the newly named Ops Implementations group.

Worked and led a team responsible for the cash and custody migrations for onboarding UK and US firms coming onto the SEI Wealth Platform. Worked with both US and European custodians, cash agents and mutual fund agents to ensure a smooth transition of holdings for clients either moving from an internal platform or external platform/external custodians.

Responsible for identifying, analyzing, and documenting processes whether they be a report, procedure or technical script for those operational and technical areas that the SEI Wealth Platform did not functionally support at the time for the UK business. Worked with technical, operational, and development staff to ensure delivery of short term mitigations and ensuring functionality to be delivered was documented.

Hand picked by my former director to move to London on a short term assignment to start up a new operations department in the UK office. Responsible for hiring, training and processing on the new SEI Wealth Platform.

Worked within SEI Private Trust Company in various roles, including processing and supervisory roles. Roles included mutual fund trading and income, asset transfers, trade settlement and implementation activities on the SEI Trust 3000 system.
