Delivering IT solutions for scientists is my passion. I lead projects/teams in early small/large molecule research to deliver systems enhancing science workflow. I’m a player/coach. As a team member I drive down into scientist’s workflows digging out the gold (how data needs to flow, how to make the application mimic the physical). I thrive when working on and with a team. But I also work as the “Maestro” on the team conducting all parts of the orchestra, caring for the team and looking out for their misses and providing development opportunities. Systems thinking bolsters my implementations to include the whole – think system integrations and think end to end science process (synthesis to formulations). I’m an SME in system development, SDLC, ETL, GxP, 21 CFR part 11, trained in GAMP, Agile, SCRUM, Six Sigma and project management. My skills/experience extend into M&A, contract approvals, budgeting, purchase requests and purchase order processing. Fortified with years of supporting research scientists, developing systems, business analysis, and consulting I’m well suited to deliver scientific system. My deliveries of ELN, molecule registration, inventory and other systems globally at large pharmaceuticals has benefited scientists and delivered value to the corporation.
