Headline experience:• Over 15 years’ experience of driving L&D in a large corporate environment. A strong background in leading teams, digital systems implementation learning innovation and system design throughout the complete project management lifecycle. • Played a lead role in the platform strategy, roadmap, selection, design, migration and deployment of several large-scale Learning Management Solutions (SABA, SuccessFactors), gamification (Centrical) and bespoke Learning Experience platform (LXP) deployments. • Created BT’s Career framework learning solution which drives careers across 20 career communities with a focus on experiences being a key part for colleagues to understand to drive personal development. (Finalist in the Learning and Performance Institute 2020 awards - Learning team of the year) .• Led internal learning design teams to create cost effective solutions utilising modern authoring tools and have created content standards , language translation policies , annual content review cycle processes .• Managed learning budgets of circa £1m to technically upskill BT’s technology division ensuring learning is effectively targeted to drive business need.• Directly managed a team of 13 (onshore and offshore) staff and frequently matrix managed large technology teams and SMEs to ensure delivery. This includes developing and coaching individuals to develop new skills and competencies.• Created learning solutions to drive a continuous learning culture through an innovative solution to provide annual recertification though points-based awards for giving back to professional communities (Finalist in the Learning and Performance Institute 2014 awards: Best use of technology).
