At Sports Authority I provided superior customer service and product knowledge to all of the customers that I dealt with. I also helped set and implement floor plans for merchandise to be displayed. While working, I demonstrated a positive, upbeat attitude that was consistently praised by customers and employers alike. I was able to maximize sales and often capitalized on up-selling products to customers that helped meet store-wide sales goals. Additionally, I help serve as a mentor to newly hired store employees.

Working at Outback Steakhouse provided me with the opportunity to enhance my multi-tasking abilities, time management skills, and composure in a fast paced working environment. I prided myself with delivering a first class dining experience to all patrons. Outback required great team skills and communication in the workplace, and I felt very comfortable when interacting with my fellow staff members.

I coordinated logistical solutions for customer’s shipping needs. I also operated the computer programs for the shipping and packaging process. I was involved in all aspects of a typical transaction with a customer. This job gave me great insight into logistics and taught me many problem solving lessons.
