• Assume the role as the AJGA representative with local Tournament Chairmen, Head Professional, Superintendent, and sponsor
• Understand the sponsorship of each event and work with the sponsors to effectively activate them while on site
• Provide superior customer service to AJGA players, parents, sponsors and supporters
• Effectively negotiate the prices of the events
• Communicate schedule of events and AJGA policies to Tournament Committees and local golf course staff

• Assisted in the coordination of media efforts for 20 events throughout the year and the association as a whole
• Head of the video department where duties included the creation and execution of the video plan for the entire organization
• Produced over 50 videos that range from tournament recaps, sponsor fulfillments, promotional and educational
• Interviewed, trained and provided feedback to 25 interns throughout the course of the year and participated in evaluating if they are offered a position on the full-time staff
• Performed on-site event management and communication tasks for 10-12 tournaments per year
• Managed the content on the AJGA website (October 2010 – November 2011)

Worked primarily with volleyball, women's basketball and softball. Aided in the preparation and hosting of the 1st and 2nd rounds of the 2009 Women's Basketball Championship at Notre Dame.
