Part-time Credit Analyst, former Vice President and Legence Bank Loan Approval Committee voting member. Extensive underwriting experience involving commercial real estate loans, commercial & industrial loans, small business lending, shared national credits and agricultural loans. Clients assisted recently were primarily located in southern Illinois, southern Indiana, western Kentucky and a few other U.S. metro areas. Additional credit underwriting in the greater Minneapolis, MN metro area was performed for MidCountry Bank prior to the sale of their Illinois branch network to Legence Bank in August of 2017. My experience also includes the areas of loan approval, relationship management, credit administration and problem loan workout.I have assisted with seven bank merger/acquisitions, fulfilling several Credit Administration roles and mitigating problem credits. Preparing impairment analysis worksheets were also a part of my duties in loss mitigation. My current duties in credit analysis/underwriting at Legence Bank allow the use of my lending, loan documentation and credit analysis skills to assist our loan officers to meet the borrowing needs of our clients in a timely manner. In addition, Legence Bank makes extensive use of SBA and FSA loan guarantees. Annual credit reviews also fall within the scope of my duties. Moody's (Web Equity), Baker-Hill and internal worksheets are the statement analysis tools that I have primarily used.
