I manage the daily operations of office, warehouse, and sales staff, including HR duties, scheduling, staff training, and task assignment. I coordinate production timelines and schedules. I evaluate our processes, systems, and reports for areas of improvement. I manage a variety of client accounts, both large and small, as well as negotiate contracts ranging from new large scale corporate accounts to individual local accounts. I work closely with the CEO to continually create and implement new sales strategies driving the desired result of better client relations and increased sales. I am directly responsible for 23% growth in our customer base, and have worked closely with executive management to achieve an additional 39% growth within the last 2.5 years.

I managed both administrative and clinical operations for a Multi-location Clinic and Medical Billing Office. I was responsible to oversee proper input and maintenance of patient information into an internal database and accurate documentation of patient health histories and treatment. I oversaw hiring, credentialing of clinical staff, staff training, wage negotiation, and progressive/corrective discipline. I supervised 8 direct reports. I was invited to participated in strategic planning and goal setting reviews with company executives, resulting in highest sustained increase in production in 3 years. Directed patient education regarding health concerns, procedures, recovery, and treatment, through methods such as directed discussion, Q & A, ICF’s, and use of other educational materials. I supervised procurement of all medical equipment and supplies, as well as monitored staff to ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulatory codes.

Developed and implemented a successful and productive marketing strategy, generating an increase in public awareness and new patients. I scheduled and actively supervised marketing events such as corporate appreciation events, lunch-and-learns, drop-box give away's, and community health and wellness classes.
