Opened a warehouse and 2 new retail locations. Spearheaded evolution from sole proprietorship to 2 separate incorporations. Introduced e-commerce. In 2019 delivered almost $250k increase in annual sales, $125k increase in profit, to hit $3million for first time.- Cashflow management and forecasting. Responsible for sales forecasting short and long term, budgets, inventory orders and processing all payments.- Stakeholder management. Introduced weekly Senior Board call. Established Annual plan process, negotiated new leases and recruited staff including new positions such as Warehouse Manager and Business Administrator component. Appointed director and leader of a pioneering research expedition to circumnavigate the Exuma archipelago under sail to collect essential fisheries data assessing behaviour and population dynamics. - Spearheaded all aspects of planning and preparation, documented the entire project photographically as well as mentoring the students throughout the expedition culminating in their preparation for the Research Symposium where they presented the preliminary findings from the fieldwork.- Accountable for the recruitment of another expedition leader as well as liaising with sail instructors, research managers and students.- Other responsibilities included: design and construction of the sustainable campsite, conception and delivery of the research methods curriculum for the students, planning and full implementation of risk management protocols, as well as securing future funding.

- Responsible for the daily management and implementation of the reef ecology and sustainable fisheries research projects, maintained the wet lab facilities, managed and mentored interns. - Collaborated with Dr Heather Mason Jones to study unique Seahorse population- Maintained the focus on educating the Bahamian public as well as students of all ages about the importance of marine conservation through a variety of outreach events, social media, laboratory tours, fish dissections and presentations.

- Responsible for the management and delivery of trials on and off-site investigating methods of control for a range of fungal diseases, pest damage and nutrient management in horticultural crops. - Ensured trial plants were grown and inoculated with designated disease, applied all trial treatments and completed all disease assessments according to SOP as well as being delivered on time and budget. - As Pathology Laboratory Manager held accountable for the maintenance, SOP design and implementation, budget, stock management and trial delivery along side responding to diverse client demands.- Led Oak Processionary Moth (OPM) trial investigating possible biological controls. Designed and set up secure and controlled laboratory environment, to enable accurate monitoring of egg and larval development over 4 month period. Client validated the successful trial from which a potential control species was identified for further development.- Field trials required regular assessment and management all year round, maintained a professional relationship with all landowners, farms, growers to ensure absolute trial management.

Surveyed local reefs in the Bay of Ranobe to monitor fish and invertebrate communities, benthic habitats and environmental parameters whilst also tracking the impact of a community managed Marine Protected Area.
