I was brought into Winning Group to re-develop and re-architect the Winning Appliances website. The old site was a Wordpress installation with no e-Commerce functionality. I re-architected the frontend to be a SPA using Angular (when it was still in Alpha) and worked with backend architects and developers to implement the all new look and feel.The result of the work completed was that we had a re-usable platform in which to migrate other sites onto our new stack, resulting in new websites and existing websites (e.g. Appliances Online) being migrated over to my frontend to allow for sharing of code and further optimisations.

Overseeing the more technical elements of WineCloud, this includes but is not limited to, managing MVP web architecture, re-architect onto Wordpress and AWS, optimising, building new features, SEO, Documentation and planning for future features.Additionally handling everything that would be expected from a co-founder of a early age startup, wearing may hats and helping out in all areas including Finance and Marketing.

Working with a number of Clients from a wide array of business areas, I not only built companies online presence, but also provided a number of services to my clients. This ranged from Technical Support, Email / Web Hosting, SEO and integrations services.

Working on the main Cover-more Travel Insurance Marketing website, along with associated marketing websites. I was tasked with implementing integrations with both our internal Purchase Funnel and external API integrations with new brand partners.Additionally I kept customer facing websites up to date, migrating a number over to a new .NET powered CMS Platform (off DotNetNuke). This included engaging with business partners in order to scope requirements, designs and resourcing to test and then deploy the new applications.

Duties include: Serving customers, troubleshooting and repairing problems with cars, tracks, computer timing systems, general management of the business and junior staff members where necessary. As a result of the business moving to new premises my input to product placement improved store layout and consequently led to increased sales.

Contracted to update and optimise the Committee's website using video editing software such as Sony Vegas and graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop. This included the period prior to and throughout the 2008 Paralympic Games.The primary result of this period was creation of a marketing video for presentation to potential sponsors.
