• Role is to lead the SIOP process for global demand management of the HID and AH business units • Create and maintain the global demand forecast (Instrument and consumables). • Gather business intelligence from multiple sources to analyse and compile a complete demand profile forecast across a number of international manufacturing sites. • Drive forecast accuracy to improve efficiency, business growth and greater customer satisfaction through effective planning and forecasting.

• Maintain a complex range of products (manufactured and OEM) across the HID, PrepFiler, PrepSeq and Food testing platforms. • Manage ownership of production plans and stock levels, minimising inventory and scrap whilst maximising product availability. • Complete control of supply chain for all products from forecasting, production planning, capacity planning, inventory balancing, re-order point planning, inventory positioning, product allocation and product availability. • Expierienced SAP, E1 and Cognos user

• Transferred the operations and infrastructure of a manufacturing site from Bromborough to Warrington • Performed criticality assessment of equipment and scheduled the recommisioning, validation and physical transfer of all equipment.• Planned Accelerated and Real Time Stability Studies for the transferred products.• Performed Risk assessment for the shared use of manufacturing areas for the catch site. • Constructed layouts for manufacturing areas which involved reduction of the existing footprint by 40%.• Planned the transfer of inventory and consumables ensuring temperature and humidity data loggers were used when required.• Generated weekly project scorecard for the Project Sponsors to reflect the status of each functional group
