About Rob Easterbrook

From a career beginning in Sydney's 5 star hotel industry, I had a real passion for customer service in Australia's tourism sector. I found my way into a career with Sydney Trains where I have built skills and operational experience from Train Crewing, Network Operations (Train Control) and Learning & Development. Having completed a four year tenure as the delivery lead of Australia's largest scale Train Driver program with a 33 strong team of technical trainers, I'm always looking for opportunities to transform technical into engaging learning experiences. I'm recognised for seeing the bigger picture and finding creative and customer based solutions for operational environments, which has been useful in transformation and culture change. I am passionate about starting from the user perspective and building from there. The passion comes from enjoying the relationship with your stakeholders!

Listed skills include Transportation, Management, Customer Service, Time Management, and 19 others.
