Reporting directly to the CEO, since joining Kidson Construction the company I have managed successful projects in the role as CM/PM multiple civil & commercial project’s all over the top of South Island in varying locations and sizes. From initial tender preparation right through the construction life cycle of the projects to handover. This has been done with multiply crews in vary locations that bring all the challenges in terms of logistics for the materials, subcontractors. I have implemented new processes and procedures in place to ensure we are able to run a better and safer company. I prepare all the monthly billing & variations.Key responsibilities include: • Liaise with local authorities• Chaired the Client site meeting• Managed the HSE and QA/QC processes• Monitoring progress and implementing strategies to overcome any delays• Project planning and forecasting of time and cost• Negotiated and let the sub-contractor agreements for the projects• Prepare all monthly billing & variations • Marketing the business

Directly reporting to the Project Director, the project which includes four Multi-storey towers 3 of which are 65 storey residential towers, the fourth a 24 storey hotel tower all interconnected and standing on a 7 storey Podium. Head hunted as a replacement for the existing PM on the 3 residential towers. At the time of taking over the project it was 4 months behind programme. With the objective to turn the project around by implementing the correct sequence of works thus enabling the project to complete on time and within budget. This is being done with the entire existing construction team still in place.Key responsibilities include: • Managed a construction supervision team consisting of 95 ACC personal from Construction Managers to General Forman who oversee a construction activities on a site with 5800 operatives  Jointly chaired Client meeting with the Snr Project Manager & the other PM for Podium Chaired all QA/QC meetings held with the PM/ Engineer  Monitoring progress and implementing a strategies to overcome any delays • Monitoring the risks and managing the mitigation measures to reduce the impact • Directly manage the HSE and Logics Mangers • Project planning and forecasting • Procure and the negation of sub contractor packages for the project

I report directly to General Manager of Projects for all construction activities relating to all Real estate projects as well as other inter-governmental projects funded by Ministry of Finance. In my role I am primarily responsibility for the delivery of multiple concurrent projects. I have a professional team of 12 Project Managers that report to me. These Project managers are assigned to individual projects. Our primary function is to manage the Main Contractors from concept to delivery, in all aspects of the project from costs and quality to safety and programme. Key responsibilities include: Preparation of Tender documentation i.e. EOIs to RFPs through to tender analysis Chairing of Client meeting and leading presentations Identify project risks and issues and prepare, implement and monitor strategies Monitor programmes and procurement schedules to ensure project milestones Forecasting of project resources and budgets/cash-flow Ensure safety standards in accordance with project and company requirements; Ensure quality requirements in accordance with project and clients requirements; Risk Reporting and control Management and liaison with Hospitality Divisions of wasl for Hotel and Golf Capital Works

Reporting to the Director of Construction for the Middle East. While in the handover of Phase 2 was promoted to Construction Manager of Phase 3 • Managed a construction supervision team consisting of 123 Brookfield Multiplex personal from Project Managers to General Forman Managed the overall construction activities on a site with circa 2500 operatives  Jointly chaired Client meeting with the Project Director  Chaired all QA/QC meetings held with the PM/ Engineer  Monitoring progress and implementing a strategy to overcome any delays • Risk Reporting and control • Managed the Health and Safety Site Inspectors • Project planning and forecasting
