Managing Ground Handling Service Provider Agreements. Compliance Monitoring of service providers, including Handling, Fuel, Dangerous Goods and De-icing. Responsible person Dangerous Goods. Responsible for investigating and actioning all Ground Handling related Occurrence Reports.Produce and Maintain Ground Handling ManualSupport NP Ground Operations of sister company, West Atlantic Sweden.

Initially a role I completed whilst travelling and working remotely, however I am now based at our UK base in Coventry since January 2010. The role is split between Commercial and Operations, responsible for Key Account Management of specific clients. Fleet Planning for daily aircraft utilisation and maintenance planning with regards maintenance requirements.Charter Sales for all three companies in the West Atlantic group.Deputising for General Manager.Supporting NPH with regards to all Ground Handling contracts and 3rd Party Supplier Audits, including GHA, Fuel Suppliers and De-icing. Operational Support for all routes.

NP Ground Operations for West Air Luxembourg, responsible for all Ground Handling contracts, Auditing, Fuel Suppliers, Quality Control of Suppliers.

Set up of operations in Italy, responsible for all flight and ground operations in Italy, including GHAs, Fuel and local customer liaison.Responsible for contract of two aircraft operating night time mail flights for Alitalia.

Working in the Milan office as part of a team of 5 people in the Air Imports department, dealing with all aspects of imports and customs clearance.

Working in the East Midlands office of Lufthansa Cargo and part of a team of 12 people responsible for cargo sales, reservations and flight/truck planning.
