Various sites)Responsibilities: face-to-face, telephone & email account administration for large businesses & blue chip clients (most notably News International, Morgan Stanley, Barclays & Ernst and Young); resolving technical product, upgrade, account (number porting to & from Vodafone) & billing queries in efficiently, accurately & timely with the customer's best interests catered for; proactive identification for areas of improvement as required by client businesses; support & coordination of projects, implementing & spearheading change where appropriate; identify & leverage new & existing sales opportunities through product matching, up & cross-selling where appropriate; occasional travel to other client sites to provide ad-hoc cover as needed; continuous service improvement for both Vodafone & client sites as part of my day-to-day role.

This roll is a unique roll because although it is a target driven roll, the way to achieve the target was delivering a high level of customer service rather than hard selling. I had to ensure my knowledge on all the products and packages Vodafone offered was second to none. Diary management - contacting clients when the current contract was coming to an end or even if something that would benefit them more than their current package came on the market.
