I have a wealth of experience in FDM technology, in particular with Stratasys Fortus hardware. I have actively driven AM application awareness in Bentley Motors over the last 6 years, everything from prototyping, small series components, conceptual studies, implementation of printed jigs and fixtures onto production lines etc. I've played a key role in delivering results based FDM facilty expansions year on year. I am also an advanced user of the Materialise Magics suite and the Insight/Control Centre/GrabCAD packages, a key component for exploiting the technologies' strengths. During my time at Bentley I have worked closely with a number of partner to deliver some key business development objectives. This has included various subjects like beta material performance development, hardware feedback/improvements and software suite development

Managing a small team of workers, organising pallets of bridge sections to be ready for delivery, creating panels using a hydraulic sheet metal press from technical drawings, sheet metal preparation and fabrication.

This role started as a work experience position for my University studies, however I ended up gaining employment here outside of my University term times. My responibilities included Panel preparation for professional vehicle body repair/restoration, General vehicle maintenance, bare shell strip down including organising and storing all removed parts in a neat and orderly fashion, sandblasting, scratch building of fuel and brake lines, electrical wiring loom creation, metal fabrication, fiberglass fabrication.

Vehicle fault finding and diagnosis, CAN-bus communication systems and general mechanical skills including brakes, clutches, engine strip downs for examination and electrical diagnosis and repair.
