Accountabilities • Accountable for understanding the client's business requirements and architecting applicable solutions using a consultative approach. • Accountable for driving revenue by identifying new and/or incremental opportunities.Leadership • Develop and manage relationships with key local network partners.• Share and champion best practices with the extended Solutions Community.Sales• Assist the Sales Reps with the development and execution of account plans. • Develop and own the technical strategy/roadmap for designated accounts. • In collaboration with the Sales Reps, develop and foster relationships within designated accounts.• Play a lead role in architecting solutions.• Identify opportunities within designated accounts and promote the submission of unsolicited bids.• Play a lead role in the preparation & tracking of NSRs.• Champion “creative” solutions through the Non-Standard Request process. • Assist with customer billing and provisioning issues.Marketing • Assist in the identification, development, and delivery of Customer facing Technical Seminars.• Assist in the delivery of solutions training to the SEs, Specialists, and Account Managers. • Lead new product introductions.
