Starting out as a Sales Executive with Creativepool. It was my job to manage accounts across our portfolio of Brand & Agency clients, with a primary function on those with a requirement for the Employer Branding and Recruitment Services Creativepool offer, as well as Sponsoship/Partnership campaigns for yearly Creativepool events such as The Annual awards.My role included, but was not limited to: New Business Development, Account Management, Product Demos, Consultations and networking!

I started my time at Fit For Sport as an Activity Instructor/Deputy Site Manager. Day to Day responsibilities including providing high quality multi-sport coaching and activity sessions to children aged between 4-11 years, in primary schools across West London. During Half Terms/School Holidays, I was required to coach daily at a Fit For Sport Holiday Camp.I was made Site Manager, leading to an increase in responsibility. This including planning and developing Coaching and Activity Rota's, engaging and liaising with Parents and Guardians on a more professional level, handling any enquiries regarding payments, potential dissatisfaction and cancellations.I was solely responsible for Fit for Sport securing a longstanding contract with a Southall based Primary School. I was tasked with implementing Fit For Sport values and trusts on a daily basis, leading and coaching activities and designing and implementing a number of activity rota's. This lead to a full contract of Breakfast, Lunch and After School clubs, alongside a full time PE delivery being contracted to be run for the school, by Fit For Sport.

Delivering a wide range of Professional Coaching sessions to Children and Young Adults aged from U4 to U19. Working in conjunction with the AYSO (American Youth Soccer Organisation) to promote and enhance the levels of the game stateside. Throughout the summer, I would participate in delivering a variety of sessions to children attending weekly summer camps. These were primarily introductory and participation based, ensuring maximum participation levels across each week of camp, in each different area. The Autumn/Fall season was far more technical, as I was involved in regular season training and match preparation with teams stretching all age ranges competing in AYSO leagues across Orange County. I would deliver nightly coaching sessions, Coaching Clinics which would educate the coach on how to play and coach the game more effectively; and Match Analysis, feeding back to AYSO Officials on player potential and coaches conduct.
