The Masterplan comprising modular buildings included 600 bed staff accommodation, medical centre (equivalent to a regional centre hospital), production kitchen, dining hall, interview and processing, managed accommodation, generator farm, RO water plant, sewerage treatment plant, and other central facilities. Management of the engineering team, contract program, and logistics chain. Daily management of the Chinese supplier of 40ft sea container based modular accommodation including USD $800K charter of the vessel from China.

Gold Coast University Hospital Project (GCUH):Senior Project Engineer on the CEP project value $85 Million comprising the hospital’s engineering workshop, staff office building, water tank farm, oxygen vessel enclosure, garden shed, and 4 level central energy plant which controls services to all buildings on the site including Queensland’s largest private high voltage network. The overall project value of $1.7 Billion was the largest construction project in Australia at the time.

The masterplan comprises a 6 Star 100 room hotel, 5 Star 250 room hotel with 66 serviced villas, 4 Star 350 room family hotel, Hospitality School, Villas, Townhouses, Urban Plaza with Apartments, Commercial, and Retail products on 125 Hectares of land.

Jumeirah Village II, Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, UAE:Project Development Manager during the delivery phase of the USD $1.1 Billion project. The 850 Hectare masterplanned extension to Dubai City with 964 fully serviced plots, an estimated residential population of 180,000 people, commercial buildings, schools, retail products, authority infrastructure (fire stations, police station, mosques), road networks / bridges / overpasses / motorway interchanges / roundabouts, parks, and open spaces. Oversee sale and handover of serviced plots to private investors for development of their respective sites whilst completing all community infrastructure for phased openings. Key tenants included national specialty retail chains, Big W, Supa IGA, Hungry Jacks, and a Woolworths Petrol Plus station. Responsible for delivery of the developer contribution comprising upgrade of main north south Pacific Highway, 3 sets of traffic signals, 3 roundabouts, street lighting, stormwater, underground services, liaison with highway engineers, Ballina Shire Council, Roads & Traffic Authority, & service utility Authorities. Mirvac's Client Representative responsible for management of the external design & construct contractor Adco Constructions.

Macarthur Square Shopping Centre Redevelopment, Campbelltown, NSW:Project Engineer during the delivery phase of the $300 Million regional retail centre responsible for the 1100 car space multideck carpark, all concrete structure, civil works, bus interchange, bulk retail outlets, landscaping, blockwork, and roofing trade packages.

Erina Fair Shopping Centre Redevelopment, Erina, NSW:Project Engineer on the $75 Million retail centre redevelopment responsible for the mechanical services package and tenancy coordination of all retail deals for over 100 specialty retailers including vacant shell handovers, shopfitter safety, programming, services installation, cost recoveries, design development, and preparation of Development Applications.

MLC Centre Retail Redevelopment, Sydney, NSW:Project Engineer on the $120 Million MLC Centre tower and retail redevelopment responsible for Level 45-48 refurbishment, demolition, structural infills, and installation of new lift door openings in an existing high rise lift shaft to create a backup high rise goods lift.
