Within the PMO, oversee a Projects team of Project Managers in collaboration with the Head of PMO to conform to Project Management Methodology and best Practices.Oversee all commercial facets of Audio-Visual projects. Act as the client’s primary contact with the company and ensure that all contractual commitments are met. Responsible for managing the project’s budget and schedule requirements both externally, with the client, and internally, with the Project team. Duties include overseeing project engineering, rack build, installation, and programming stages of each project. Ability to develop and maintain a strong partnership with assigned Project Engineer. Ensure good clear level of communication with all internal divisions of the business as well as with our clients.

However, they have all the same needs, and this is the successful delivery of a project.Within my role I have a clear understanding of the entire project, and the delivery of the project using my experience of project methodology. My experience of technology allows me to have a comprehensive understanding of installation, engineering and what best works for the delivery to the client.I find myself to be an extremely versatile Project Manager.
