I am a DESERT STORM veteran with 25 years in the roofing industry beginning as a laborer, team leader, and service tech. Promoted to Safety Officer/Supply Manager of a large roofing company where the owner promoted self improvement and education. Returned to school to finish out my Ass. Degree in Arts and was promoted to Project Manager/Quality Control Manger shorty thereafter. Several years later, the company went out of business where I continued college and began a new degree in Ass. in Construction Management. I also obtained my Class A CDL to expand my employment opportunities w/ bus passenger, dump tandem endorsement.I started up with a small mom and pop roofing company that primarily does new construction roofing work. The owner wanted to expand where I was able to offer my services with the goal of creating a service department to take advantage of the hot repair market share at the time. After 8 1/2 years of service, I have built a clientele of real estate agents, property management firms, construction contractors, happy home owners who have provided multiple referrals to create a re-roof and repair department boosting sales from year one to present from $250k-$980k
