Responsibilities:• Lead the formulation and definition of CHEP Europe’s corporate strategy• Own and drive the annual Brambles 5-year-planning process, anchoring forecast financial performance with market trends and strategic business initiatives• Lead new product development activity to deliver profitable sustainable growth. • Lead Marketing efforts to articulate the value of the CHEP service offer and manage deployment and go-to-market for all new market offerings• Direct the Strategic Execution Team who drive the governance and timely execution of key strategic programs• Lead the Ease of Doing Business program with the objective to improve customer experience and remove a major dis-satisfier from CHEP’s current service provision• Manage and grow the category of Last Mile Solutions (pooling platforms which travel from manufacturer all the way to the retail environment at point of sale, such as half pallets, quarter pallets, dollies and beverage trays)
