Manage and oversee all aspects of The Studio's marketing strategy. Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to promote our services, events and offerings to a targeted audience.

• Management of the online bookstore www.agreatread.co.uk, which contains over 165,000 titles – similar to Amazon’s Audible.• Creating sales and marketing material, including Facebook adverts.• Planning and writing all email campaigns in MailChimp. The number of subscribers increased from a handful to over 36,000.• Designing web graphics and banners with Adobe Creative Cloud.• Planning and producing print catalogues using InDesign.• Devising and implementing ideas for lead generation, eg Facebook and Google AdWords advertising.• Maintaining and continually updating the website using HTML and CSS.• Undertake data analysis to support future marketing activities• Training two new members of staff on how to market the website, create relevant content for it, and produce effective MailChimp campaigns. • Year-on-sales revenue has grown by an average of 43%.While Using Google Analytics, I identified that the percentage of mobile users had increased from 35% to 65% in 18 months. This information was instrumental in my negotiating for a responsive site for the business. An updated, mobile-friendly site went live in November 2015.

• Researched, wrote and edited copy for over 1,000 audio titles per year.• Idea creation - one of which boosted the company’s website traffic by 1,350% in one day.• Liaised with external brand managers including the BBC and Ian Fleming Ltd to produce copy appropriate to their house style and guidelines.

• Prepared and wrote copy for trade audio products, including sales blurbs and biographies.• Established both Facebook and Twitter feeds from scratch. After six months of successful growth, the business created a digital department.
