Currently working as a Trains Manager for London Underground.(TFL).Responsibility for the generalday to day running of the depot. Responsibilities include but not limited to Risk assessments, Health and Safety, ensuring all Safety Critical rules and procedures required to run an operational railway are adhered to, ensuring a safe environment for staff, customers and stakeholders alike. Further responsible for the management of my staff in key areas such as personal development, training, duty of care, well being, attendance, discipline, H & S and personal safety.Prior to working for London Undeeground, i ran my own successful Security Consultancy where I gained a comprehensive and in depth knowledge of all aspects of the Security Industry over many years. Working extensively carrying out Close Protection duties, both in the celebrity, and also the corporate fields.Accompanied many high profile celebrities to numerous events over many years, such as film premieres, red carpet events, after dinner speaking events, sports events, the BP Conference, London Fashion Week, The Brits, Pride of Britain awards and many more. Delivered training, and developed the skills and knowledge required by my clients to enable them to gain work within the security industry.Within the corporate sector advised in key areas os security such as but not limited to risk assessment, loss prevention, fraudulent behaviours, surveillance, crime prevention, First aid, fire prevention, self defence, surveillance and non confrontational techniques.
