Again Turner were engaged as Project Managers acting on behalf of the Client (Aldar Properties). I was responsible for the commercial management of Al Zeina a predominantly residential mixed use development that formed part of the master development of Al Raha Beach. Al Zeina included the development of 1221 dwellings that ranged from studio apartments to 4 bedroom town houses, 6 swimming pools and a private beach. One of my key achievements was taking the previous contract agreement from cost plus to Fixed Price Lump Sum this included the final negotiation of the main contract valued in excess of US$1.2bil.
