Conducted a demographic analysis for eight Northern Kentucky counties and the city of Newport. Liaison for residents, businesses, organizations, and Newport city administration with a primary focus on resolving conflicts and concerns. Led an asset-mapping project for two of Newport’s nine neighborhoods by mining county data records, physically inspecting and reviewing residential and commercial land parcels for valuations, identified key anchors and potential growth areas and published a summary report providing asset identifications and descriptions.Researched city of Newport history and the changes within the neighborhood communities; utilized the information to benchmark current issues as well as educate the citizens of trends that may affect them in the future.Reorganized three neighborhood councils which had been inactive for 10 years, trained new leadership and established them as active, vital contributors within their respective districts.Conducted blight analysis in the West End of Newport by working with residents and code enforcement resulting in beneficially improving code compliance. Helped organize Community Collaboration for Children with the Northern Kentucky Regional Network, served on the strategic committee designed to build community partnerships, and attended Facilitated Family Team Meetings with Child Protective Services workers connecting families with resources to carry out their case plans.

Developed and orchestrated the redevelopment of the Harry Olden Tot Lot. Secured 93% of the funding from outside sources. ($70,000 of a $75,000 budget).Mapped community asset-based resources in Price Hill.Organized community celebrations and events, such as Price Hill Days, Block Parties, and Great American Cleanup; empowered over 1200 school children.
