Responsible for the management of crews, installation equipment and hardware required for the deployment of intelligent completion systems and permanent monitoring system for all the Super Majors and Majors in Aberdeen (12 clients). Liaise with clients on a daily basis to ensure a successful operation. Attend and contribute to client pre and post job meetings, duties identical to Operations Manager stated above with the added complexity of North Sea bureaucracy which is migrating to the Caspian.

 Responsible for the mobilisation testing and deployment of intelligent completion systems for a range of clients in the GoM utilising SLB flow control devices and Camco safety valves  Reviewed programs for completeness of data confirmed equipment and personnel requirements for upcoming jobs Service Quality focal point aimed at reducing service quality issues within the completions group and Training of local staff to understand the service quality implications and to minimise non productive time, identify training requirements and potential improvements Onsite supervision of operations to ensure all QHSE systems are adhered to and minimise rig downtime Interact with clients on a daily basis, co-ordinating installations, work overs, optimizing production and identifying sales opportunities Train and mentor local employees and graduates on the installation of Packers, Pump systems, Downhole Monitoring Systems ,Fibre optic Systems Flow control valves Safety valves PBR seal assemblies and tubing hangers and other completion hardware

 Platform based completions with Downhole permanent gauge installations. Often utilising Reda, Centrilift, WoodGroup ESP pumping systems, overall responsibility for operations including project engineering, Wellsite supervision and compiling post job reports Sub sea based completion installations for various major clients in North Sea, Gulf of Mexico and West of Shetland utilising Abb Vetco Gray, Cameron, FMC and Kvaerner. Horizontal and standard Subsea tree systems Installation and interrogation of Sonardyne Acoustic data systems used for monitoring of valve positions and down hole instrumentation data from various sub sea templates operated by Talisman, Mobil, Amerada Hess . Dive Support Vessel hotline troubleshooting and interventions of sub sea templates, downhole systems and electrical integrity of sub sea control pods Responsible for several deepwater permanent gauge installations in the Gulf of Mexico.for Shell and BP,  Multi-line spooling operations involving chemical injection valves, safety valves, gas injection valves and mud line hangers. Onshore preparation of equipment, involving electrical, mechanical installations and stack up and integration testing .Abb Vetco.Cameron FMC and Kvaerner Systems, including horizontal and standard sub sea trees
