initially , Gilmour Project Management Co Ltd were contracted by Kudu to provide inhouse project and development management consultancy services . I was then transferred / appointed to expand the project management team and to deliver The Lofts - Sathorn , The Trees - Sathorn and the award winning Mendietta Residence for Kudu as well as to provide project and development management consultancy services for Kudu's external clients e.g. The Lakes at Phoenix .
