Plan Level request processing to include fund adds, exchanges, deletes, model updates/rebalances, corporate actions, self direct establishment, and various exception processes on Record keeping and Trade platform. Building and processing trade files and manual trades. Resolution of high priority trading, reconciliation, and settlement issues. Perform first level Quality Control checks. Participate in departmental projects and workshops to assist with determining risk and exposure gaps within the trade processes. Monitoring and responding to Trade Emails and answering calls on the Trade support line.Liaison between NSCC Desk, Partner Processing, Client Service, Broker/Dealer Services and the RK Helpdesk.
