Serve as logistical coordinator for all judicial education and training events for Justice Court Judges, Clerks and all levels of state court employees. Responsible for venue contracts, presenter communications, attendee registration and payments, on-site event management including A/V set up and operation, conference evaluations and financial follow-up within state budget requirements. Leads department with new technology learning and implementation of programs involving blended learning formats involving traditional education methods and electroninc teaching means.

Strategically planned, organized and managed frequent meetings and educational events, including a major business launch event, domestic and international incentive trips, and the company’s first ever convention with over 1,800 attendees, $500,000 budget involving internationally known authors and entertainers. Planned, managed and assessed numerous speaking seminars, author workshops and educational seminars. Regularly created and presented instructional webinars with live audience and on-line audiences.

Created and managed educational and reward-based incentive trips for multiple clients.
