I joined the firm of Schlam Stone & Dolan LLP as a partner in 2022. After nearly a decade in house, I decided to go back to a law firm to help a variety of clients grow their businesses and advise them on legal matters.Prior to joining Schlam Stone, I was General Counsel for All Vision LLC, an out-of-home advertising company operating in the United States and Canada, where I was responsible for all legal matters and assisted with risk analysis and business strategy. During my time with All Vision, I oversaw the company’s joint ventures; prepared the company's most significant legal documents, including leases, licenses, management and vendor agreements, and employment contracts; and provided advice to senior management and the board of directors on all major issues affecting the company. I also served on a number of boards of directors of All Vision affiliates. I am a seasoned transactional attorney, with extensive experience in real estate, licensing, contract development and review, and the outdoor advertising industry. Prior to All Vision, I was previously the General Counsel of Fuel Outdoor, a national outdoor advertising company, where I was a member of the management team, participated in all major decision-making for the company, and played an integral role in the sale of Fuel Outdoor to Van Wagner Communications. After the sale, I served as Assistant General Counsel of Van Wagner Communications, which at the time was the largest privately held outdoor advertising company in the United States.Before going in-house, I practiced at the international law firms of Greenberg Traurig, LLP and Foley & Larder LLP, where he focused on large commercial real estate transactions for both public and privately held businesses. Over the years, I facilitated the acquisition and sale of billions of dollars of real estate on behalf of my clients.I currently live in New Jersey with my wife and three children.
