Manage service activities performed in-store by dedicated Home Depot service teams and provide oversight to Factory and Third Party In-Store Service teams. Supervise the work of approx 5-12 Area Supervisors and 45-60 Associates within a multi-store district. These teams ensure merchandising strategies are executed successfully creating an inviting shopping environment. Responsible for hiring, training, coaching/mentoring, organizing work flow to increase productivity, and conducting performance reviews. Oversee district budget plans, overtime, payroll and team expenses. Effectively communicates at multiple levels of the organization, adapting messages to fit the audience. Demonstrated ability to influence/ motivate others and drive results by consistently completing objectives.

My primary responsibilities include: • Reviewing, writing and managing special project requests from our vendor partners and merchandising team. • Development of general service guidelines and other supporting documents and resources for the Vendor Services teams. • Communicate field level opportunities and issues to the Merchant Team for action and resolution. • Build strong partnerships with vendors to maintain service expectations and issue resolution. • Partner with one Director of Merchandising and four product merchants in support of the Vendor Service Team. • Conduct all necessary follow up with the vendors and merchants to maintain service expectations and alignment on merchandising initiatives.

My primary responsibilities include:• Ensure a high level of customer service within all departments, drive sales and maintain store merchandising standards.• Maintain department profitability through report analysis and trend identification, and develop appropriate responses.• Ensure product is merchandised according to Home Depot standards and customer’s needs.• Represent Management as a certified member of the JHSC and participate in all meetings and inspections.• Motivate and manage Inventory Management Associates & Department Supervisors team to ensure inventory is maintained and sales targets are met.• Review department work schedules to ensure efficient department staffing and make adjustments as needed• Manage merchandising Associates; Coach, train, and develop new and existing associates and managers by providing both informal (i.e. on-floor coaching) and formal (i.e. written evaluation) job performance feedback.• Perform reviews for Department Supervisors and Associates in a timely manner.• Maintain a respectful and safe working environment.
