 Creates procurement plans for new projects and maintains Procurement Contracts Plan and Procedures Issues, manages, and maintains all Requests for Quotes (RFQ), Requests for Purchase (RFP), purchase orders, budgetary inquiries, and Requests for Information (RFI). Partners with Contract Managers to ensure correct contracts are used and identify changes that will impact commercial terms of the purchase orders.  Completes commercial bid and supplier performance evaluations focusing on maintaining and strengthening Customer Relationship Management strategies. Negotiates with vendors to determine contract terms for payments, cancellation terms, progress payments and other terms and conditions to ensure the client is receiving the optimum pricing and delivery terms. Act as an Agent for the client purchasing services and materials on their corporate agreements. Co-ordinate with Engineering, Client, Fabrication yard and Subcontractors on all aspects related to Project Materials and Equipment and full cycle Procurement. Partners with project managers to develop project procurement plans, purchasing strategy, and materials management for projects. Determine contract strategy for upcoming contract expirations or extension with business unit and contract managers from the client.  Contracts Management approvals of site services such as Well Programs on Drilling and completions, expenditures and amendments for both Time & Materials and Lump Sum contracts. Establish a field procurement capability to support construction management. Ensure proper staffing, formal means of transferring work to site and oversight of field activities. Preparation of competitive bid, managed bids, and single source packages. Resolves procurement issues with suppliers and stake holder business units. Work in conjunction with engineering, planning, project controls, HSE and construction to execute projects.Transferable Iqama
