Sr. Consulting Director
CurrentStrong Leadership: Provides strategic counsel and direction to members seeking to optimize the health care value equation while improving or maintaining outcomes and decreasing costs. Manages large Indirect Spend projects, working directly with C-Suite and department leaders. Provides deep subject matter expertise on Indirect Spend and drive results through efficient analysis and successful delivery on consulting engagements. Mentors and coach's new consultants to the practice and selected as 2022 Indirect Spend Mentor of the Year. As a senior leader for the practice’s Project Management team, responsible for success of large multi-million-dollar engagements for hospitals and hospital systems. Effectively manages project team members primarily within functional area to drive member value. Creates and builds strong, lasting trusted advisor relationships with the C-suite. Process Improvement: Directed a large performance improvement team in the development of the consulting practices project methodology play book. Effectively explains how individual team member contributions affect the project and overall performance; coaches others to deliver. Assesses the needs and expectations of key stakeholders to shape and implement solutions; uses ability to influence and persuade to support position. Leads cross-functional project teams or initiatives; promotes cross-team collaboration. Shares vision and priorities, so others understand how their contributions add value to team / project goals; fosters open dialogue and creates a feeling of belonging. Delivers consistent and constructive behaviorally oriented performance feedback; encourages others to have open conversation related to performance. Appropriately delegates and assigns work. Understands the importance of celebrating the team's success, recognizing people and the broader team for their contributions during internal team calls with shout-outs, uses “Internal recognition program” to reward teammates.
