Senior AuditorResponsibilities:- Work with an awesome team dedicated to delivering Best Practices to Field Auditors globally.- Work together with audits in the US, Canada, Mexico, Latin America, UK, EU, India, Asia Pacific, Australia and New Zealand to capture audit practices and design best practices around the teams in the field.- Use the data gathered to drive solutions that boost revenue production.- As a representative of the Business I help manage the relationship between the Field and IT Solutions.- Use years worth of gathered field information to drive IT Solutions that auditors want and need.- Work directly with IT Development on the direction, design and UAT of field tools.- Provide training to auditors globally, training from an auditors perspective for the IT Solutions delivered.- Work with audits to maintain and improve the efficiency in use of the tools provided, which in turn drives revenue goals.Prior experience drivers:The experience gained in my early years with PRGX and on the ground running my business where I actually got to touch and follow the processes of a company have been very valuable to me throughout my entire time in the industry. It was an experience that brought all the pieces of a transactions lifecycle to life and that experience drives how I look at each client that I work with today. I have a highly creative side that sees things differently and allows me to produce out of the box results in what I am involved in. I began my career in the Post Audit world in 1985 when I was hired by SH Parks and Associates (Sam Parks being the father of the Post Audit Industry). I worked on my first retail audit for 3 months before SH Parks and Associates was sold to Roy Greene Associates. The company became Parks-Greene and Associates and later changed to Roy Greene and Associates. For the next 3 years I traveled to audit cites, about every 3 months, reviewing discount and department store transactions before finally landing in Bentonville AR where I became part of the Walmart Stores/Sam's Club retail audits for the next 12 years. The company was again acquired in 1991 and became The Profit Recovery Group. After leaving in 2000 to start my own business the company went through other changes before finally changing their name to PRGX Global, Inc.During my nearly 15 years with the company now known as PRGX I worked in the following roles:- Field Auditor- Senior Auditor- Client Specialist (worked directly with the merchants in relation to audit recoveries)- Team Leader- Audit SpecialistI was involved in many aspect's of the retail audit recovery industry during this time, you might say I got my hands dirty!I was part of the transformation from a paper transaction review to a technology driven transaction review. I was always in the top group of revenue producers in the paper era and I really thrived in the technology side of the business when it took off. In my last 3 years as an Audit Specialist I represented the audit in the development of IT Solutions for the auditors. I also helped support over 100 auditors and other users in our office.
