I have over forty years of composite fabrication experience working for many companies on numerous commercial programs, from the Boeing 757, 767, 777 and the 787 Dreamliner to military programs including the Rockwell B-1B, the Northrup B-2 and Bell Helicopter’s V-22.Having extensive hands-on experience with many prepreg and liquid materials, including carbon, fiberglass and Kevlar reinforcement (i.e., both woven and unidirectional fabrics) as well as matrix of Epoxy, Bismaleimide, Polyamide and even polyester and vinyl esters. I have supported fabrication both in-house and at external supplier facilities, including both composite parts and tooling for composites. Reviewing engineering and tool designs, involving evaluation of both process and material specifications. Having the knowledge to solve many fabrication problems and train both technicians and engineers in the art of composite fabrication.
