I am a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with over 2 decades of experience and have involved with many aspects of construction inspection, materials testing, special inspection and project management. My experience includes administration and management of public construction projects and contracts, field inspection and testing of soils, asphalt and concrete for residential developments, industrial buildings, resorts, business parks, power plants, wastewater treatment facilities, hospitals, schools and public infrastructures including highways, bridges, and pipelines. My skills and knowledge include; Knowledge of materials, methods, tools and equipment used in the construction, operation, and maintenance of city infrastructure and related facilities. Applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, standards, specifications, and regulations governing assigned operations. Safety principles, practices, and procedures. Basic accounting and budgeting practices, including fiscal management and expenditure controls. Principles and practices of management and supervision, including techniques of personnel administration.
