Project lead and primary Project interface to the Project Core Team/Customer's Operations team(s) Responsible for: • Delivery and reporting of Project P&L.• Day to day delivery of contractual obligations to the customer, leadership and direction of the project team(s) and project strategy. • Ensuring the successful supply and delivery of materials, technical support and operational staff to deliver ‘Trains in Service’ to the customer within budget to meet the end customer needs. • Ensuring consistent application of procedures and financial controls and budgets, providing regular reports (KPI’s) for onsite activities. • Ensuring that Customer/Supplier relations, communication and performance are maximised, both internally and externally, whilst ensuring the delivery of risks and opportunities to enhance Project margin and positioning with the Customer.•Material Cost Variance Analysis and reporting using associated KPI's and reports. •Site Management - Responsible for Bombardier site and staff management, Quality, Health and Safety processes in order to achieve and maintain a safe and efficient working environment. •Managing the customer(s) interface on a day to day basis ensuring delivery to contract requirements and driving customer satisfaction. •Provide appropriate project performance reporting at Project Reviews, Customer(s) Reviews and Governance Meetings •Leadership and direction of the on-site team and functions including managing individual performance & development, succession planning.. • Maintaining Compliance with Quality and Safety Standards.

Responsible for:● The management and control of 200 personnel across 5 sites. Delivering Material Supply, Technical and Warranty support to the fleet of new trains on London Underground’s Victoria, Metropolitan, Hammersmith & City, Circle and District Lines.● The implementation of all site based Product Introduction and Technical Support and Spares Supply Arrangement (TSSSA) activities at Neasden, Ealing Common, Upminster, Hammersmith and Northumberland Park Depots for the new 'S' and 09 Stock fleet introduction.● Leading the development of reliability processes and ensuring on time delivery of modification programmes in support of reliability growth● Managing the Operational costs of commissioning, modification, product reliability, warranty and services.● Ensuring contract compliance and delivery.● Financial – Budget management, budget preparation, quarterly forecasting, period reviews and risk and opportunity initiatives.● Supporting customer liaison ensuring their requirements are understood and delivered.

Senior Production Manager, Wembley Traincare Centre. Responsible for the leadership, management and control of 100 Production and support personnel to ensure the delivery of Operational, Production and Business requirements.

Responsible for managing delivery of the commercial aspects of projects at 3 major Traincare Centres.● Developing key commercial performance indicators for each project to promote pro-active analysis of individual Project performance and encourage cost reduction.● Reporting project performance to Business management, customers and local management.● Establishing regular customer liaison and business relationships.●Managing individual project attribution processes with both customers and suppliers. ● Identifying, developing new business opportunities.
