Subsequently engaged as Interim CFO for a year as the plan was implemented resulting in a breakeven year in 2019 from over $1 million in cumulative losses in prior four years. • Consulting CFO (February 2022 – August 2022): Engaged by Restore Properties to improve their financial reporting and banking relationship. • Owner, Property Manager, DRH Properties, Inc. (January 2019 – present): Purchased, developed, and renovated a historic commercial building utilizing county, state, and federal programs – including securing a $50,000 federal grant. Resulting property has two residential units and three commercial units. • Owner, Ortus Café and Gallery (October 2019 – December 2021): Conceptualized and opened a boutique coffee / crepe shop which retailed local art and souvenirs. Responsible for marketing, inventory management, accounting, payroll, strategic planning, and occasional barista.

Provided financial leadership for the medical testing company with $35 million in sales as the company prepared to sell. This included streamlining and standardizing financial reporting, data analysis, and procedural implementation for billing and collections department. Budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, managed accounts payable, and supervised billing and collections departments.

Researched, prepared, and produced all due diligence documentation for prospective buyers. Managed the merger of two New Orleans offices: local management restructure as well as staffing, converting and combining financials, managed the logistics of physically combining office space. • Regional Controller, Stewart & Stevenson: Stewart & Stevenson is a manufacturer and distributor of products and services for the oil and gas, marine, power generation, and other industries. The Regional Controller administered financial reporting and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accounts receivable, fixed asset management, and expense reduction.
