Accountable for Decision Support Services at the Bank of Queensland- Leadership of a team of 9 professionals- Responsible for the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes- Business partner support to Senior Management- Finance change through the implementation of expense management processes- Monthly reporting providing insight into business performance

• Responsible for the Banking Stream of the Suncorp One General Ledger project, ensuring business processes are migrated successfully from PeopleSoft general ledger to Oracle general ledger. • Facilitation of workshops and contribution into other streams workshops, to enable probem solving across the program.• A member of the Project leadership group, assisting in steering the project through to successful implementation.

Key duties involved customer engagement, and ensuring the reporting rhythm into management was adhered too.• Responsible for driving project management methodologies into the production of financials and MIS report creation to ensure discipline and appropriate levels of engagement are reached.

• Responsible for a team of accountants with a focus of ensuring cost benefits delivered out of the Suncorp Integration of Promina were achieved. One of the key challenges of this role, was business partnering with a number of lines of business, developing benefit measurement methodologies in line with Group policy• Finance Business Partner to the Executive General Manager of Integration. The main responsibility was being the one financial voice on the Integration program, and providing the EGM with assurance benefits claimed were a fair and true representation of actual delivery.

• Lead finance representative for the sale of the credit card portfolio to Citigroup. Duties include financial modelling, business process review, contract review and liaison with external auditors.• Responsible for the co-ordination and reporting of the Retail Banking budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring that group deadlines are adhered to. Liaising with the General Managers to discuss and challenge budget and forecast submissions.• Finance Business Partner to the Head of Retail Customer Development, advising on financial trends, margins and division profitability.
