I was also responsible in selling and developing solutions in the Bell IS(Infrastructure Solution) portfolio. These solutions included video, wireless, internetworking and IP enabled PBX’s from vendors such as Cisco, Avaya/Nortel and Mitel.Brief highlights and major wins would be the City of Brockville. We replaced a legacy PBX with Bell Total Connect(BTC). Migrated the The City of Orillia centrex solution to Bell Total Connect(BTC). Upgraded the phone solution at the Blue Mountain Resort. Sales ExecutiveBell Aliant Aug 2012 - Jan 2016As part of the Bell Aliant sales team my focus was delivering cost effective solutions to our Mid-Market and Enterprise customers. These solutions included Bell Business Internet, MPLS, Wireless and Bell Total Connect(BTC). Another of my focal points for these customers was deploying a Unified Communications(UC) solution for their business. The vendors of these solutions were from Cisco, Mitel, Toshiba and Avaya.Major wins and solutions would be the Gray Bruce Health Services(GBHS),Health Sciences North(Sudbury General Hospital) and Windsor Regional Hospital(WRS). At GBHS we replaced their legacy communications platform with an Avaya solution with a Avaya Aura Application Server(AAAS) in a VMware environment and installed SIP trunking. With (AAAS) the customer could develop their own applications in house. At HSN we migrated the hospital from their legacy Mitel SX-2000 Light to a Mitel 3300 platform using VMWare as the call control software and installed SIP trunking. We also installed a Patient Outbound Notification solution to notify/remind patients of their upcoming critical appointments. Finally, at Windsor Regional Hospital we installed a unified solution in three phases. The first phase was to network all the health care facilities across the regional LHIN with a point-to point fiber network. In our second phase we upgraded all the existing PBX's across the LHIN so they could be networked. We also created a coordinated dialling plan across the network. In the final phase we centralized all the inbound/outbound calling in the LHIN to the Windsor Regional Hospital via SIP Trunking. We also installed a Nuance Speech Engine to process all the inbound calls throughout the LHIN. -
