I help people with disabilities overcome any difficulty with the digital world through bespoke one to one training. These training sessions can be remotely or in our training centre.Our clients who visit at least weekly are collected using our very own Compaid minibuses and taken to our modern training centre. Our clients come from specialised care homes,Job Seekers Allowance claimants as well as anybody who is older and more mature who needs some help with today's changing technological landscape.

A secondary school which has been named 'outstanding' by Ofsted recently.- I help run a student helpdesk where I provide assistance and technical help with leased AppleIPADs and Lenovo laptops. I work alongside a 3rd party engineer who fixes and replaces partsas and when required.- Maintain and fix AV projectors and interactive whiteboards during the school day so as toprevent delays to school classes.- Using Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange I create and modify school network logins and email addresses.- Set up school hardware and software on both staff and student devices within set timescales.

Ashford, Kent

SBE UK is a major player in after-market services such as the repair and refurbishment of electronic devices.- Produced Oracle SQL and PL/SQL reporting scripts in line with the training for the Artemis ERP.- Designed a logical data model of the Artemis system.

Provides customised business and consumer data to clients including Experian, British Gas, SAGA, Sky.Responsibilities:- Writing SQL server scripts to produce orders and counts to the clients exact specifications from our database of over 40 million consumer records.- Performing database matching between supplied client files and Intermedia data.- Managing client bulk email broadcast campaigns.- Maintenance and support of hardware/software including daily backupsAchievements- Producing client orders on a daily basis in a high pressure environment has earned the company many high value sales orders.

A major European insurer offering a portfolio of financial service products including extended warranty and mobile phone insuranceResponsibilities:- IT development, support and testing for an ORACLE application (SOLAR).- Module testing ongoing developments.- Writing systems analysis and technical specification documentation.- Overseeing and fixing potential problems during client data loads into SOLAR.- Ensuring compliance of any amends to the application, relating to a future Euro currency change scenario.Achievements:- Provided solutions for many different application problems, using my detailed knowledge of the Oracle tools.- Managing a series of bespoke development projects.

The primary UK military site for weapons development and testingResponsibilities:- Administering the day to day support of the Maintenance Management System (an ORACLE application) used to assist in site-wide maintenance activities.- Answering the MMS system helpline and responding promptly to user queries and everyday hardware / software problems.- Designing and carrying out system testing for application upgrades to the database.Achievements:- Design, development and maintenance of a new set of database reports for distribution to site management.
