I joined CGI's Data Migration practice in 2012 and worked on several large global programs for Shell Downstream, Barclays, Lloyds Banking Group, Aegon and BT. Most recently I was the global rollout and cutover lead for a large fuel card transformation program for Shell Downstream. I joined the LBG Practice Pool in early 2011 as an Implementation Manager. The purpose of the role was to deliver Group IT projects at the implementation phase, planning and coordinating the implementation whilst managing risk and satisfying key gateway reviews.I saw the integration of Lloyds TSB and HBOS from the inside - assigned for much of the year to the data migration team, planning hugely complex ETLs through test phases, dress rehearsals and the live migration iteself (see 'projects' below).
