I joined Darwin Rhodes in May 2006 to assist with the launch of their Brisbane operation.I was initially responsible for the General Insurance Division covering Australia which required me to work with clients and applicants in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.I also worked closely with the Insurance consultants in Asia, assisting them with training needs and technical market information.In 2008 my role developed into a Management position where I was responsible for the operations in Brisbane and India together with supporting the Sydney office. This role involved reporting to the board on office production, travel to Sydney and India, staff training, recruitment of staff as well as working with clients and applicants in Brisbane.

I moved to Brisbane with Hays to set up their Insurance Division covering Queensland.This role involved me developing relationships with insurance organisations and making them aware of the services that Hays can provide.I also worked closely with National organisations who Hays had agreements in place with.I also joined the committee of ANZIIF Young Insurance Professionals

I joined Hays in Birmingham to assist with the growth of their General Insurance Division in the Midlands.This involved working with clients and applicants who operated within Underwriting, Broking, Claims and Loss Adjusting.During my time with Hays in Birmingham I tendered for and won a number of exclusive projects with large insurers. These projects involved the recruitment of large teams of people covering claims and underwriting.My role also developed with me becoming the Manager of the insurance division in Birmingham and subsequently the overall branch manager for a short period whilst a permanent manager was appointed.

Commercial Loss Adjuster investigating insurance claims across the West Midlands, UK.

I joined Cunningham Lindsey in Birmingham to have a greater involvement in the claims process.In this role I investigated domestic and commercial insurance claims on behalf of insurers. The type of claims ranged from theft, storm, fire, vandalism, flood and third party damage.During my time with Cunningham Lindsey I also spent time in Glasgow assisting with the increased work load following storms.

I worked for Aon as an Account broker within their Enterprize Division in Birmingham.In this position I was responsible for a portfolio of SME clients where I handled their renewals, midterm adjustments, claims, debt control as well as being involved in new business presentations.
