Growing up, I knew I was going to be an astronomer. My first word was "moon" and my curiosity for all things involving space was insatiable. I got my degree in physics and astronomy with this goal in mind, but quickly realized how much solitude being a professional astronomer entailed. I still love astronomy (ask me about my favorite star!), but am grateful that I get to spend my day doing what drives me: connecting with people.I am a loyal and dedicated HR and talent acquisition professional with experience in all aspects of talent management, including core HR, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement and retention, training and development, performance management, and compensation. When I'm not in the office or staring up at the night sky, you can probably catch me in the kitchen trying my hand at cooking new foods, or at the gym (burning off my most recent culinary creation).
