Senior Engineering and Project Manager with over 28 years of civil engineering and consulting experience within the private land development, site development, multi-family, facility and campus related site work and utilities sectors. A proven track record of comprehensive project and program management having long standing relationships with clients and industry partners.

Business Unit and Operations Manager for the California Region within the Engineering and Environmental Services Division of Cardno. This Business Unit was responsible for over $20M in net revenue across 10 branch offices throughout California. Sectors included land development consulting and civil engineering, surveying, environmental consulting, site remediation, and subsurface utility engineering with a large base of public and private clients, including some of the states largest public utility clients.

I served as Sacramento Office Manager and Senior Consultant overseeing operations of over 60 staff with 4 different integrated Cardno affiliates in the office. In this capacity my role was focused on driving top line growth, staff development, operations, and organic growth and team collaboration. The collaboration was focused on integrating the multiple service lines offered by Cardno and its associated affiliates including engineering, design and the gamet of environmental services.

Cardno has given me another great opportunity to head up the California Directorship under Vince Reger, Assistant VP and John Harter, VP of the Western Region, Utilities Division. In this position, I will be pursuing SUE and UC efforts on behalf of Cardno TBE in California. I will still maintain an operational role with the Sacramento Business Unit of Cardno WRG to continue efforts to bolster our development consulting business as well.

Working for Cardno WRG has been one of the greatest experiences of my life. My role transitoned from the Director of Engineering in the Phoenix, Arizona office to opening and growing our operations in Sacramento and Northern California. In addition to office operations the role focused on growing our core business of comprehensive development consulting including land use and master planning, civil engineering, landscape architecture, and surveying.
